El proyecto más importante que ha desarrollado
el Leonismo Español en el exterior hasta el momento ha sido la
construcción de un pueblo en Hambantota, al sur de Sri Lanka
para los damnificados del Tsunami. Durante varios años he ido
informando sobre los acontecimientos y como se ha ido desarrollando
nuestros proyectos en aquel país. Aquí tienes los más
importantes por orden cronológico. El pueblo se llama SINGHA
VILLAGE, que quiere decir PUEBLO LEÓN.
Aquí
quiero agradecer muy especialmente las fotografías realizadas
por mi amigo y socio de mi Club Jesús Jaime Mota.
En Diciembre
de 2009 volví a Sri Lanka, para volver a ver a nuestras familias
y verificar cómo han quedado las obras realizadas por nosotros.
Aquí
tenéis los Informes de cada una de las casas, primero hay una lista
de qué casas corresponden a que Clubes, todo Club que ha dado más
de 2.000 Dólares tiene una casa con el nombre de su Club y el patrocinador,
si lo hubiera.
